The McCandless Service Department consists of both field and workshop based Engineers all of whom have been factory trained to the highest standards in product maintenance & repair of Komatsu, Epiroc, Dynapac, Atlas Copco, JLG & Xcentric equipment. All our technicians hold CSR cards and have been through intensive health & safety training. Our service department uses only genuine parts ensuring the optimum machine performance at all times.
Our Service Contracts allow you to budget for your machine maintenance requirements guaranteeing fixed cost servicing over whatever period you wish.
This contract includes full machine inspection with comprehensive reporting to Komatsu approved standards.
Our full R & M Contracts allow you to budget for the overall running costs for your machine (excluding get & accidental damage) up to 10,000 hours.
Having a Repair & Maintenance Contract effectively removes the need for you to have your own engineers & workshop

KOMTRAX™ is a machine monitoring and tracking system exclusive to Komatsu. It works by using a network of global positioning satellites (GPS) to tell you where your machine is and enables you to monitor its health. It also gives you your machines actual working times, service meter readings, idling time and much more.
TOTAL FLEET MANAGEMENT
KOMTRAX lets you manage your complete Komatsu machine fleet in one place. Use KOMTRAX to monitor and organise you fleet and even export data into your management and office applications to analyse the data further to ensure your machines are working efficiently.
MOBILE ACCESS
The information and reports that KOMTRAX™ creates are accessed via an app or online. In addition to using the KOMTRAX web site from your PC or laptop you can access KOMTRAX on the move too. Use the link created for smartphone users to have all your essential machine data at your fingertips.
Komatsu CARE is an exclusive complimentary program that covers factory scheduled maintenance of your new machine for the first 3 years/2000 hours. Also included is Complimentary Komatsu Diesel Particulate Filter exchange and SCR maintenance service for the first 5 years/9,000 hours.
